This refund policy is applicable only for domestic transactions within India. For international clients, we follow applicable international trade laws, Incoterms®, and destination-country regulations whenever any dispute or refund request is raised.

Every payment made by our clients is 100% secure. We already maintain a detailed guide on our website explaining how to verify our company and ensure safe transactions. All refund requests are reviewed carefully and processed at the earliest. Below are the scenarios where refunds may be considered:


1. Damaged or Defective Products

We perform multiple quality checks before dispatch, ensuring the products meet the required standards. However, if you believe that any product is damaged or does not meet the agreed quality parameters, you may raise a refund request.

  • Our team will investigate the matter.
  • If the issue is verified and proven genuine, a full or partial refund will be issued accordingly.

2. Partial Refunds

If only a certain percentage of the total quantity is found damaged, inferior, or inconsistent with quality standards, a partial refund will be processed based on the affected volume and inspection outcomes.

This ensures fairness for both the client and the company.


3. Double Payment / Amount Debited Twice

In rare cases, bank servers may fail to sync transactions properly, resulting in the amount being debited twice.

If this occurs:

  • Simply share your bank transaction reference ID or payment receipt with us.
  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days or sooner.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refund timelines depend on the type and nature of the issue raised.
While we aim to resolve most cases within 15 days, certain situations may require additional verification.

Therefore, in exceptional cases, refunds may take 20–30 days to be fully processed.
