At Nexportiva Secured Impex 7 Private Limited, we follow a transparent yet strict Cancellation & Returns policy to ensure fairness and to protect our business from operational losses, misuse, and fraudulent activities. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After 6 hours, the order enters processing/packing and cannot be cancelled.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Refusing delivery or providing an incorrect address will be considered “Customer Cancellation”, and shipping fees + handling charges will be deducted from any eligible refunds (if applicable).

1.3 High-Value/Bulk Orders

For bulk, custom, or large-quantity orders:

  • No cancellations are allowed once payment is made.
  • Processing begins immediately to avoid delays in export/sourcing.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Returns Are Accepted Only Under the Following Conditions:

A return request is valid only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, and
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photo & video proof.

2.2 Situations Where Returns Will NOT Be Accepted

To protect the company from misuse or losses, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows any sign of use, damage, tampering, or modification.
  • The original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product was purchased under discount, clearance, or promotional pricing.
  • The issue is related to minor color/texture differences due to lighting or screen display.
  • The courier marks the delivery as “delivered” but customer claims non-receipt (investigation will be done).
  • The product is custom-made, personalized, or specially sourced on customer request.

3. Return Procedure

If your return qualifies under section 2.1:

  1. Raise a request by email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Photos and videos showing the issue
    • Unboxing video (if available)
  3. Our quality team will review and approve/reject the return based on evidence.
  4. Only after approval, the item must be shipped back to us in original condition.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • The customer must ship the product back at their own cost.
  • We do not provide pickup or logistics for returns.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Our team verifies the defect/damage.
  • The returned product successfully passes inspection.

Processing time: 7–14 business days after return approval.

4.2 Deductions Applicable

To protect the company from unnecessary losses, refunds will be issued after deducting:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Reverse shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Handling and restocking fees (10% to 25%)

4.3 No Refund Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued when:

  • The return is rejected during inspection.
  • Customer refuses the delivery.
  • Customer provides wrong/incomplete address.
  • Delay occurs due to courier/customs issues.
  • The customer fails to provide proof of damage/defect.

5. International Orders (Very Important)

For all overseas shipments:

  • No cancellations, no returns, and no refunds are allowed after the order is placed.
  • Customs delays, duties, taxes, or seizure are not our responsibility.
  • Claims for damage must be supported by proof and submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

This protects the company from high logistics and customs losses.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order returns to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Phone number not reachable
  • Refusal to accept the package

Then:

  • Reshipping fees will be charged, OR
  • Refund (if eligible) will be processed after deducting all shipping & handling costs.
